We are a small development company who have been building both residential and commercial properties in Cumbria for 11 years.
Our residential developments are typically small groups of 2-15 houses located throughout North & West Cumbria. Our designs are known for their individuality, combining vernacular exterior styling with an interior layout created for modern living.
All of our properties make use of traditional building materials with the highest interior and exterior specification.
